Breath Shirt / Belt

A pair of textile electrodes is installed in a shirt to pick up breath signal. The electrodes drive ultra-low current through the capacitance between electrodes and skin, which is mainly affected by breath. The whole electrode is made of textile materials so that it is washable and comfortable as ordinary shirts. By the breath shirt, respiratory rate and the ratio of inhale/exhale time can be measured. The Breath shirt can also be made as sport bra for female. The breath shirt can be used for electronic game, respiratory training, sports monitoring, and asthma monitoring.
